The Tech Brief covers technology news from established publishers and produces original editorial content. We are committed to respecting intellectual property rights and maintaining transparent, good-faith relationships with content creators and publishers.

What We Publish

We publish short, editorially reviewed summaries of technology news stories. These summaries are typically 1–3 sentences in length and are designed to complement, not replace, the original article. Every summary includes a clearly labelled direct link to the original source.

We do not publish full article text or full images. All original content remains the property of the respective publisher.

Ownership of Content

All original reporting, article text, and media published by third-party sources remains the exclusive intellectual property of those respective publishers. The Tech Brief makes no claim of ownership over any third-party content. Our original intellectual property is limited to the design, code, editorial commentary, and curation structure of this Site.

Content Sourcing

The Tech Brief monitors technology news from established publications and produces original editorial summaries. We link directly to every source article, driving traffic to the original publisher. We do not reproduce full article text or images.

Takedown Requests

We respect the rights of publishers and content creators. If you are a rights holder and believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown request to copyright@thetechbrief.in with the following information:

• Your full name and contact details (email address and phone number).
• The URL(s) on our Site of the content you believe is infringing.
• The URL(s) of the original copyrighted work.
• A statement that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, to the best of your knowledge, correct.

We will review all valid requests and remove or modify content within 48 hours of receiving a complete and valid notice. We may also permanently remove the relevant source from our feed list upon request.
